Working with CCRQInvoice

CCRQInvoice is used to update invoice records to provide features that are not found in the QuickBooks program. This includes:

•      Calculating the total weight and total quantity of items in an order.

•      Sort the detail records of an order by item, description, service date or the value of a custom field.

•      Calculating the rate or quantity based on values from other custom fields.

•      Printing order forms that have the “total” box showing only on the last page of a multiple page form.

Each of these features may require additional installation steps before you first use them, which are described in the installation section of this document.

The main window for CCRQInvoice serves as a container for the windows that represent the various functions of the program.

Order Processing is where you will work with the orders to generate the results you need.

Preferences lets you change various settings that affect how the program works.

Forms is the function to use to create/edit your order forms if you are going to print with CCRQInvoice.

Help lets you access the on line help file as well as make changes to the appearance of the program, and set various operating parameters (as explained in the Program Management chapter).

Window lets you change the way that the various windows are managed in the program (as explained in the Program Management chapter).

File is used to select a different company file to work with (as explained in the Program Management chapter).

Additional menu options may show here if you select certain optional features.
