Printing

You can use CCRQInvoice to print your forms. This is described in more detail later in this manual. Printing with CCRQInvoice can be more efficient when processing orders, and our report editor provides features that are not found in QuickBooks. Note, however, that you must create your template in CCRQInvoice as we cannot use the templates found in QuickBooks.

This preference sets the default values for the printing options when processing orders.

•      Check the Print Forms box if you will usually be printing with CCRQInvoice.

•      Check the Sales Tax as Line box if you want sales tax to appear as a detail line in the printed order.

Please note that tax fields may not perform correctly if you are using a Canadian or UK version of QuickBooks.
