Mapping Custom Fields

To use a custom field in a form you must “map” the custom fields to the appropriate field name. In the Edit Reports window, click the Custom Fields button.

There are three lists, Item, Customer and Vendor. Expand the selection you want to work with, and assign the custom field from the dropdown list to the field number you wish.

In this example we are selecting the field “Type” from the item list, to “DetailOption001”.

Once you have created the map you can bind “DetailOption001” to a label to add it to the form.
