You can modify the grid columns in several ways to fine tune its appearance:
You can resize the columns by clicking and dragging the column separators in the column heading.
You can rearrange the order of the columns by clicking and dragging the column heading to a new location.
You can sort the grid by any column, by clicking on the column heading. If you are printing orders they will print in the sequence that you specify in the grid. So, for example, if you want to print the orders sorted by customer, click on the customer column heading to sort the grid.
You can change the number of columns by right clicking on any column heading and choosing Column chooser from the menu that pops up. Details on using this can be found in the Grid chapter.
You can group the records by dragging a column heading to the header bar.
