Custom Fields in Forms

QuickBooks provides a feature called “Custom Fields”, which we have described elsewhere. Each custom field is given a field name in QuickBooks.

Unfortunately, when editing a CCRQInvoice form, these names are not available to the form editor. So, how do you add them to a form?

CCRQInvoice lists the custom fields in the Field List with special names.

The fields that you find in the order header (which come from the customer list) are defined as “OrderOption001” through “OrderOption009”.

The fields that you find in the detail section as columns (which come from the item list) are defined as “DetailOption001” through “DetailOption005”.
