Modify the Invoice Template
When you install CCRQInvoice the program will add several custom fields to your QuickBooks® database. You must add these fields to your Invoice (or sales order, or estimate) template.
- In the Header section you can add the Total Weight and Total Quantity fields. You can place these where you want using the Layout Designer. CCRQInvoice will place the calculated values here.
- In the Columns section you can add the Unit Weight and Ext Weight. The Unit Weight only has to show on the screen version of the form - this will hold the unit weight for each item. CCRQInvoice will place the calculated weight per each line in the Ext Weight column.
