The Printing buttons allow you to print BOM reports, similar to the Print function in the BOM function. This will use the same report templates as used there. The advantage here is that you can print BOM’s for multiple items at one time.
The Full Level button will control if the subassemblies are exploded to include their components.
Print All will print a report for all inventory assembly items listed.
Print Selected will let you print a report for the items that you select. There are several ways that you can select the items to print – detailed descriptions of these features can be found in the Working with Grids chapter
• Select a single item to print it.
• Select a range of items by clicking on the first item, holding the shift key down and clicking on the last item.
• Select multiple items by clicking on the first item, holding the ctrl key down and clicking on the next item to select.
• Use the “filter” feature by right clicking on a column heading and selecting the filter editor from the menu. Note that if you filter the view you can click on print all to print all the items that are displayed, as filtered.
