Aggregate Requirements

The “Aggregate” requirements list shows each component item one time, with the required quantity of each item based on ALL of the assemblies that were processed. If an item is used in several different assemblies, it will be listed once here.

You can view this in a grid by clicking the Aggregate tab. If you look at the sample BOM’s for the two assemblies, you will see that item “Screws: SC-12” are used in multiple assemblies and subassemblies. In this screen you can see that there is one listing for this item – the quantity of 83 is the aggregate from all of the assemblies.

If you click on the Aggregate Report menu option you will be able to print the same information in a report format (and you can edit this report in the Forms function in the main menu).
